By signing up for these Terms of Service, you're saying you're at least the legal age in your area, or if you're the age of majority, that you've given us permission to let your minor dependents use the site. Don't use our platform for anything illegal or unauthorized. And while you're using the Service, don't break any laws where you live—that includes copyright stuff. Keep worms, viruses, and destructive code off our platform. Break these Terms in any way and your access gets shut down immediately.

We can turn anyone away for any reason, whenever we want. Your content (minus credit card info) might travel unencrypted across different networks and get changed to work with whatever technical setup is needed. Credit card data is always encrypted when it moves across networks. Don't reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or access to it without written permission from us. The headings here are just for convenience and don't change what these Terms actually mean.

We're not responsible if the information on this site isn't accurate, complete, or up to date. The material here is general info only and shouldn't be your only source when making decisions. Look for primary sources that are more current and thorough. Anything you rely on from this site is your own risk to take. Some of what's here is historical, and by definition that's not current. We included it for reference. We can change the site's content whenever we want, but we don't have to update anything. It's your job to keep an eye on what changes.

Our pricing can shift without warning. We can modify or shut down the Service (or any part of it) anytime without telling you. We won't be liable to you or anyone else for price changes, modifications, suspension, or discontinuing the Service.

We can reject any order you place. We can limit or cancel how many items you buy per person, per household, or per transaction. This includes orders under the same account, same credit card, or same billing and contact info. If we change or cancel something, we'll try to reach you at the email or phone number you gave us. We can also block purchases that look like they're coming from dealers, resellers, or distributors. Provide current, complete, and accurate information for everything you do on our platform. We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't control, monitor, or have any say in. You're getting these tools "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and we're not endorsing them. We're not liable for anything that comes from using them. Using optional third-party tools is entirely up to you and at your own risk. Make sure you understand and agree with the terms the provider sets before you use them. We might offer new services or features through the website in the future, including new tools and resources. We're not checking or evaluating what's on those sites, and we're not responsible for them or liable for anything that happens there. We don't guarantee their accuracy or anything else about them. Don't use a fake email, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or anyone else about where your comments came from. You're responsible for what you say and whether it's accurate. We take no responsibility for comments you or anyone else posts.

Our site or the Service might have typos, errors, or missing info about service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping, delivery times, or what's available. We can fix these mistakes and update or cancel things if something's wrong without giving you notice first—even after you've placed an order. We're not obligated to update, change, or clarify information in the Service or on any related site, except where the law requires it. Don't assume that just because there's no update date, nothing has changed.

On top of everything else in these Terms, you can't use the site for anything unlawful. You can't get others to do anything illegal, break any laws where you live, infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else's, harass or discriminate against people, submit false information, upload viruses or malicious code, collect personal info about others, spam, phish, or scrape the site. You also can't use it for obscene purposes or try to mess with the site's security. We'll shut down your access if you violate any of this.

We're not guaranteeing the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We're not guaranteeing you'll get accurate or reliable results from using it. We can take the Service down for as long as we want or shut it down anytime without notice to you. You're using the Service at your own risk. Everything we offer through it comes "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind—no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement. We, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers aren't liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or anything similar—whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or anything else. This applies to anything arising from your use of the Service, even if we knew it might happen. Some states don't let you exclude liability for certain damages, so in those places our liability is limited as much as the law allows.

You agree to cover us—Velvetspark, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and employees—for any claim or demand from a third party, including reasonable legal fees. This covers anything that comes from you breaking these Terms, violating any law, or infringing on someone's rights.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part stays enforceable to the fullest extent the law allows, and the rest of the Terms stay in effect.

Both sides' obligations from before the termination date keep going after we end this agreement. These Terms stay active until either you or we end them. You can terminate anytime by telling us you don't want our Services anymore or by stopping use of the site. If we think you've failed to follow these Terms, we can end the agreement anytime without notice. You'll still owe everything due up to that date, and we can cut off your access to our Services.

If we don't enforce some right or provision, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These Terms, along with any policies or rules we post on the site, make up the whole agreement between us. They govern how you use the Service and override anything we've said before, whether in writing or conversation. We won't read unclear parts of these Terms against whoever wrote them.

These Terms and any separate agreements where we provide Services are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
